Is MORryde RPB77-006, Gooseneck Adapter Plate powder coated black by MORryde? Etrailer pictures show it bare metal but MORryde shows it painted. Also is the reinforcing plate welded to the Heavy-Duty Skid Plate? Etrailer pictures show the plate welded to the Skid Plate but MORryde indicts that it is not.

The 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter Mounting Plate # MR37ZR (RPB77-006) used to come to use as bare steel since it is designed to be welded/drilled to a gooseneck adapter. Now it comes powder coated.
