I have a 16k companion hitch and are looking at a 2023 GMC 3500 SW Denali with Puck system what will I need to adapt my hitch

Hey Edward, so B and W has a Companion hitch that fits directly to the OEM pucks of your 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 with the part # BWRVK3710 so what that means is you have two options. You could go with the # BWRVK3710 and sell your old hitch second hand to offset the cost or you could replace the base of your current hitch with the part # BWRVB3710 to give you the complete hitch.
