The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3775 is the correct fit for your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. It is a direct fit for the 6-3/4 foot bed you referenced.
This hitch with the sliding base is needed unless you have a rotating pin box which would then allow you to use a non-sliding hitch like # BWRVK3710 because the pivot location is farther back allowing for turning clearance.
