Yes, there are a couple of different 5th wheel hitches available for the 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 with the factory puck system depending on what length bed you're getting.
If you are getting the shorter 6-3/4' bed you will need a sliding hitch for turning clearance. I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3775. The Companion Slider has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns and backing.
If your Sierra has the long 8' bed or your 5th wheel trailer has a rotating pin box, you will want the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3710 for a 20,000 lbs capacity and item # BWRVK3715 for 25,000 lbs.
I really like the Companion hitches because of the 1" thick dual jaws that will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a fifth wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.
