Per Curt their Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 will not fit the F-Sport package on your 2017 Lexus RX 350. While we have had a number of reviews come back to us saying they were able to bolt it right up without issue there are other issues some have ran into where it would not fit their particular vehicle. The best I can say is you can see the installation video I have linked near the bottom of the page. If you see our particular Lexus has any components in the way of where the receiver will fit then you will have to look at another option like the Draw-Tite # 75540 which is confirmed to fit your F-Sport.

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118255 will allow you to add a 4-way flat trailer connector. This is the most common size connector used on small trailers you might pull. It will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 should your hitch mounted accessory impair the view of your tail lights to other drivers on the road.
