I have a 2022 Honda Civic hatchback. It does not have the center exhaust. I want to buy a tow hitch for it but do you know if the bumper needs to be cut for it to fit?

Both the Curt # C92UR receiver you found and the Draw-Tite # 24954 are going to require slight modification to the steel bumper and plastic fascia to fit your 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback. I have linked an installation video near the bottom of the page for a similar Civic which will show you what all is required. If this is something you are not sure you have the skills to install yourself you can also use our installer link located near the video to locate installers in your area.

I do recommend having the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C43VV with the receiver. This will give you a 4-way for adding Auxiliary Lights # C53201 or for connecting to a small trailer you might tow.
