Question:

If I use this hitch on my 2015 f250 super duty with a palamino hs8801 truck camper ,can I still pull a double axle car hauler 2200lbs with a 4500lb Jeep on it

The Torklift Hitch Extension part # TLE1636 that you referenced can tow a trailer that weighs 6,700 lbs like you what you have but you would need to use a weight distribution system with it to have the needed capacity as without a WD system it's towing capacity is 3,600 lbs. When used with a WD system the towing capacity instead is 7,200 lbs.

So what I would recommend in addition to this Vincent is the Reese Strait Line part # RP66083 which has a tongue weight range of 400-800 lbs and the best sway control that works to fight sway before it starts.
