I have a 2020 Vanleigh Beacon 39 GBB what suspension package should I get to upgrade my suspension ? Also do you have a package to switch to disk brakes ? I have drum brakes now ?

The Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit you looked at is going to be the best and most comprehensive suspension upgrade you can get for your 2020 Vanleigh Beacon 39GBB. The upgraded leaf springs and hanger boxes will give you an independent suspension. Add the shocks on top and you're going to have an incredibly smooth ride.
Choosing the correct kit will require identifying your axles. Based on the available information I would say you have either 7k or 8k axles. You will need to verify this information by checking your axle tags to be sure. Once you know your axle capacity you can choose from the following:
-Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks - Tandem 7K, 3" Diameter Axles # RM-2460-2570
-Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks - Tandem 8K, 3-1/2" Diameter Axles # RM-2470-2580
For disc brakes we do have a kit if you have 7k axles. The Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1. This includes the brakes, actuator, and brake line kit which will allow for a complete conversion from your electric drum brakes. If you find that you have 8k axles you will need to buy separate components to put a kit together. I recommend the following:
-Kodiak Disc Brakes - 13" Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 # KOD82FR (2 of these)
-Hydrastar Vented Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HS381-8067
-Hydrastar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle # HS496-252
