Adding MORryde X-Factor to 2023 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS With Roadmaster Comfort Ride

Question:
I have a 2023 Grand Design Reflections 337RLS. I have the Roadmaster Slipper spring and shocks installed. I want to put these on the spring ends and see instructions on MORryde sight for XF12-001 + XF12-002 which looks like you do not need to remove the bolt and install a wet bolt Attached screen shot. Is there a different part for that installation as opposed to the shackle install? Thank you..

Hey Gary! The note you're referencing applies when the Correct Track system is installed, which your setup does not have.
The MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR33WR does include longer wet bolts to account for the added bracket thickness at the hanger. Since your Roadmaster Comfort Ride system uses Never Fail bushings (which are designed to run dry), you won’t be greasing that connection.
If your existing bolts are long enough to allow for full thread engagement once the X-Factor is installed you can reuse them. If they’re not long enough, you’ll need to use the included bolts since they are the correct length.

Hello Gary, My RV is a 2020 Montana 35' 5th wheel. I installed the MORRyde X-Factor brace on my rear and middle shackle hangers. I welded supports on the front shackles, so there was no need to install one there. I installed them as I had two rear shackles break due to torsional strain, also one of the leaf spring bundles broke as well. I wanted a bullet proof suspension set up, so I replaced all leaf springs and u-bolts, all new wet bolts and brass bushings throughout the suspension, and of course the X-Factor braces. The braces were easy to install, but I did need to use the supplied longer wet bolts. I feel very confident that my suspension will hold up to the torsional strain of any sharp corners. Money well spent for me!

Thank you. The Comfort Ride combined with the MORryde Cushion King Pin provides a great ride for the camper and has reduced chucking on the truck to near nothing. We are heading out the the Grand Design National Rally in August/September and just returning from Florida. If we could fix the pot holes in the road that would be great... LOL
