Can MORryde X-Factor and Roadmaster Comfort Ride Systems be Installed Together?

Updated 09/09/2026 | Published 04/22/2025

Question:

I have installed the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers RM-2460-2570 on my Grand Design Reflection 31MB. Will the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember MR33WR work with my set up? Thank you

Hey Richard, thanks for reaching out!

Yes, the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember for Standard Frame Hangers # MR33WR can be installed with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride # RM-2460-2570. Just as long as the X-Factor is installed on either of the end hangers as opposed to the middle one.

We actually installed the X-Factor on an RV that had the shocks of the Comfort Ride system already on it, and I'm attaching that photo to this page for your reference.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

I have a 2023 Forest River Sabre 37FLL. I am wanting to put the 7k Roadmaster system on my 43' 12 to 13k 5th wheel. I also want to put the x factor on each outside leaf hanger for support. My question is. Do you really need to put a center on in because the the slip hanger is bigger and more heavy duty than factory? Thank you

@SonnyH If you mean the X-Factor brace, no you do not need to put that on the middle hanger. I don't think you would even be able to once the Roadmaster system is installed, if I'm being honest.
