Can ComeUp UW-5000si Trailer Winch Be Mounted on Superwinch Portable 2" Receiver Mount

Question:

Will the Come up UW-5000si winch mount to the Superwinch portable 2”receiver mount? The winch has a plastic base. Do yo recommend the type of mounting with this winch? Also, can I get an exact weight of the winch? Thank you.

The ComeUp UW-5000si Trailer Winch # CU645010 technically has the same mounting bolt pattern as the Superwinch Portable 2" Receiver Mount # 1559B, but the ComeUp is designed to be mounted on a trailer so the weight is a bit lopsided to the mounting holes so I don't recommend mounting it on the Superwinch receiver mount.

For your application I recommend using the ComeUp Off-Road Winch w/ Mounting Plate for 2" Hitches # CU854768 instead, because it has a 6K weight rating and comes with a mounting plate that fits into a 2" receiver, like what you're needing to accomplish.
