Question:
Hello I have 2022 z19 pro nitro it’s on a trailstar trailer and I need a replacement hub. Do you know that that part I would need? It’s a tapered spindle and I ordered a part online and don’t want to order the wrong part twice. Thank you for your help.

If I had to guess I would say you have a 3,500 lb axle on your Trailstar Trailer and could use the # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K. However, guessing is really all I can do without more information. To find the correct replacement part you will need to identify the axle or the bearings used on the spindle.
The axle tag should have the capacity listed, or the serial number which could be used to identify it. If the tag is worn or missing, you can check your bearings. I'm assuming this is a newer trailer so you can probably find the bearing number stamped in the side of the bearings. If not, you will need to measure the inside diameter of the bearings or the spindle where the bearings ride with a digital caliper # PTW80157. See the diagram below.
Once you have this information you will be able to identify the part you need. The # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K uses # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) inner bearings and # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) outer bearings. If that matches what you find then this will work for you. If you have different measurements or a different bearing combination please feel free to reach out and I will help you find the best replacement hub for your trailer.
