The 4.80/4.00x8 tire size is the same as a 4.00X8 tire as long as the load range is the same. The Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire, item # AM10004, is a load range C tire. The 4.00 is included in the tire description so those who have the older, no longer available 4.00x8 tires will know that this size is compatible with their trailer.
