No, the Curt Adjustable Tow Bar # C19745 does not have the weight capacity to be able to tow your 2019 Ford Ranger. Instead, you'd need to use a tow bar that has the weight capacity to handle your Ranger, like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7380.

This tow bar has plenty of capacity to be able to handle your Ford Ranger, however with this being a Blue Ox tow bar you'd need to use Blue Ox base plates or get the correct adapter for your base plates.

If you don't have anything, you're going to also need:
