If you're looking just completely replace your Dometic FV5300HWUWD81 then any 14" x 14" RV roof vent, including the Dometic FanTastic Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # FV802250 you were looking at, would be a compatible replacement. The # FV802250 has a manual lift, if you'd prefer to have a motorized lift you'd just want part # FV803350 instead.
To install anew vent you'll also need some butyl tape # AL28FJ and self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 in order to prevent water from leaking into the RV.
