Replacing an over-range unit in a tight RV kitchen means finding something that fits and vents properly. This 1.5 cu ft convection microwave matches standard sizing with a 300 CFM fan so you can cook and clear air without reworking cabinets.
When replacing an over-the-range unit, even small size differences can force cabinet changes. This unit measures 29-7/8 inches wide, which lines up with common openings used in this category. That keeps installation straightforward and avoids cutting or rebuilding the surrounding space.
Using separate appliances takes up space that is often limited. This unit combines microwave and convection cooking in a 1.5 cu ft cavity, so it can handle reheating along with baking-style cooking in the same footprint. You can switch between cooking methods without adding another appliance.
Cooking in a compact kitchen quickly builds heat, smoke, and moisture. The built-in vent fan runs up to 300 CFM with 2 speeds, paired with grease and charcoal filters to move air and capture residue. This keeps the cooking area clearer while you're using the range below.
Different foods require different heat levels, and fixed output can lead to uneven results. This unit provides 10 microwave power levels along with weight and time defrost options. You can dial in the output for reheating, defrosting, or cooking without overcooking edges or leaving cold spots.
Controls that are hard to read or navigate slow down everyday use. The digital touchpad pairs with a blue LED display to keep settings visible while cooking. Preset functions like pizza, popcorn, and frozen dinner reduce setup steps so you can start cooking quickly.

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Furrion 900 Watt Over-the-Range RV Convection Microwave, has a 1.5 cubic foot oven capacity. Now, when you're replacing an over-the-range unit, even a small size difference could force cabinet changes. This unit here measures 29 7/8 inches wide, which will line up with your common openings used in this category. This will help keep the installation straightforward and avoids any cutting or rebuilding the surrounding space. So your dimension on this, 29 7/8 inches wide, height, 16 7/16 inches tall, and the depth of the unit is 15 1/4 inches deep.
Now, we mentioned the oven capacity. So if I just pop the door open, so you'll be able to see on the inside, there's your 1.5 cubic foot capacity, has a max rated output power of 900 watts. (Jeff coughing) Now, using separate appliances will take up space. That's often limited when you're in an RV. This unit here is gonna combine a microwave and convection cooking in a 1.5 cubic foot cavity, so it can handle reheating, along with baking-style cooking in the same footprint.
And you can switch between cooking methods without adding another appliance. Cooking in a compact kitchen will quickly build up heat, smoke, and moisture, so it does use a built-in vent fan that'll run up to 300 cubic feet per minute with two speeds. And just to show you that, I do have this plugged in. It's right here where it says vent fan if you push it. That's the high speed.
(Jeff coughing) Push it again, and it'll go down to the low speed. And then push it again, it goes off. It is paired with two grease filters and one charcoal filter to move air and capture residue. Now, basically, this is an over-the-range unit, so on the underneath is the lights and the filters we're talking about. Just to give you an idea of what that looks like, there's a picture of it.
That insert will show you the two LED lights, and they're LEDs, so they're very bright, and then the two grease filters that you can remove and clean and put back in. (Jeff coughing) Now, the charcoal filter we mentioned, it's right up here where the vent fan is. So you would've to remove a couple screws, and then you can access that charcoal filter to clean that out or replace it. Now, it does include, let me just pop it open again for you, it will include the glass turntable, the two cooking racks, right here, for cooking and reheating. There's a rack and there's a rack here. Also includes the instruction manual right here. It includes the exhaust adapter. That would be put on the top here to hook up your exhaust tube. And then, right here, the mounting hardware, that's all included. Now, different foods will require different heat levels, and a fixed output could lead to uneven results. This unit here, let me zoom in to the front, so we can see a little bit better. And if you notice on the front here, it'll offer 10 microwave power levels, right over here, along with weight and time defrost options. So basically, you can just dial in the output you need for reheating, defrosting, or cooking without overcooking any edges or leaving cold spots. The digital touch pad on the door pairs with this nice blue LED display to keep the settings visible while you're cooking. (Jeff coughing) And it does have preset functions like the standard pizza, popcorn, and frozen dinner function to reduce the set up steps, so you could start cooking quickly. But that is gonna do it for a look at this Furrion 900 Watt Over-the-Range RV Convection Oven.

Second time ordering from E-Trailer to receive clearly damaged stuff. Now im without a microwave. First they sent me a used hitch when I ordered a brand new one and now they sent me a damaged microwave. On a one month trip and I’m without a microwave because E-Trailer can’t do anything right. Let’s hope they make this right because they didn’t make the used hitch they sent me right.
