Works as advertised. Only issue was received with damage and had to straighten metal at the top for the door to open properly, but was less hassle than returning for another unit.
Have to finish installing it’s very heavy for me to lift. Waiting on some muscle.
Product arrived on schedule, packaging was good and no damage from shipping. Installation was straightforward. etrailer customer service has been exceptional on this order and on all previous orders. I’ll certain continue doing business with them in the future and highly recommend them.
The Furrion we purchased from etrailer is working great. However, when we purchased the 5th wheel a few years ago, it had a Furrion Microwave in it (same model basically), and it died after a couple of years, although we tried to fix it, but the fuses just kept blowing. Anyway, all good so far with this one although we will be using it less as we aren't traveling much.
I was shocked in receiving my microwave with dents and the box was slashed on one side. I called customer services of Etrailer and they made me feel at ease that they are able to send a replacement. Without hesitation they sent the new microwave..I received it before the actual date that was promised. Which in this case was right in time brie the New Years!
The new product was installed today and working excellent. I am really happy and would definitely order from your company again in the future.

Perfect fit for my replacement unit.
Received the order, no damage to the box. I wish in the description it would have stated that the microwave mounted thru the top of it. Our microwave mounts on the back wall between two cabinets in our kitchen, this is a slide out wall in our motorhome. We made it work with additional modifications to the wall using the old wall mounting bracket from previous microwave. It was a little bit of a process but it worked. Microwave works great and looks good.

I had to replace my original Furrion unit after three years. The control board when out and they do not offer a replacement board. R-trailer had the best price out there. I ordered and oven arrived in 4 days. After installing noticed small dent on side of oven. I place cup of water inside to test. All seemed fine at first. About 40 minutes later oven came on by itself. This happened again about 30 minutes later. Spoke to my neighbor who repairs ovens and he recommended oven be replaced. Contacted etrailer. 24 hours later a replacement oven was in it’s way. Received new oven, installed, working great. It’s been a long time since I experienced such great service. Anna, George. And Carol all responded very quickly
This thing was garbage. Totally damaged parts on the inside. See photons of damage. I didn’t figure out the damage until I had to take the cover off because it wasn’t working. Then it was too late to return to etrailer. Had to fight with Furrion to replace and they replaced it with another damaged one. Finally got a new one after 6 months of fighting.
I order the range to replace the original range in our RV due to it shorting out. Spoke with the customer service rep when researching for a replacement and wanted for sure it was the exact model so all I had to do is install the new one without any additional requirements. Received the new range 2 days earlier then estimated and after reading the easy to follow instructions provided was able to install in 15 minutes. The range has worked like a champ with know issues. Glad I made the purchase!
Microwave shipped in original box and the packaging didn’t hold up. Side of unit pushed in on both sides and bottom. Unit still works and because of lack of time had to use unit.
Nice microwave! Arrived on time and handled with care. This microwave replaces the original microwave that came with our RV. It was the same model as this one. The other one first had the convection part go bad. You could smell something burning. So the microwave part was the only cooking choice. Then a few months later, the burning smell returned and the microwave cooking was eliminated as well. I hope this updated version is better than the original one.

Excellent unit, installed easily but you need two people! Bought as a replacement for our original High Point microwave and was an identical reset!
Was hesitant about purchasing the unit initially because of all the previous reviews stating the damage that was occurring during shipping. Talked to the sales person extensively about this and she had stated they have addressed this issue and hopefully resolved it.
I received the unit and it was carefully packed and no damage whatsoever to the shipping carton!
Very impressed on how well it was packaged, so moving forward the process has been improved and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

This has been a great purchase for us, unit works great and a lot of reviews said that you have to shorten the cook time but we found it cooks as the recipes state and cooks as you would expect!

The first order was damaged in shipping, Etrailer made it right that day. Emailed shipping label and processed replacement order. Etrailer reboxed new unit to prevent damage. Shipment was perfect. Highly recommend this company. Exact replacement microwave/convection oven.

Perfect fit to replace the original Furrion convection microwave in our 2019 Solitude 2930 RL S Class. The new model has an upgraded handle that keeps the door steady when opening & closing. No more wiggle which caused early wear.
The Furrion Over The Range Convection Oven has been working very well. It was not hard to install. I like the features including the lights under it and the exhaust fan. Over all I am very pleased with it.!
Microwave is fine. Heats food like a microwave should. More impressed with E Trailer and their staff. Excellent customer service, excellent on keeping me informed on status, price of microwave was below other “on line” retailers. Certainly will shop ETrailer first for both my boat and RV for now on.
This was a replacement product for our old Furrion Convection Microwave. We did not consider another product since we enjoyed our last one. Product was easy to install with 2 people.
It has been a year since installing the microwave. The under-microwave lights provide excellent illumination. The high-low feature of the lights is a nice upgrade over the old microwave. The black and silver trim provides a nice upgrade. The power and interior volume are similar to the original microwave. The outside dimensions were the same so the installation was easy. However the tabs that support the back bend easily during installation. A heavier tab would be a nice improvement. In spite of the lighter tabs the microwave is stecure and we travel a lot. Installed in an Alfa motorhome
We are another one of those that had the older version of FMCM15SS oven. It was made in 2018 but only had aprox. one year of use. I went down the road of replacing fuses, micro switches etc. Nothing worked. So we researched were to find a replacement and settled on etrailer. We wanted a reputable distributor and they had a good price on it. I elected to call them because of the price & size of the oven. I spoke with a rep. Taelor D. She said the oven was on back order & then offered to keep an eye on when it might come back in. About a week later she emailed me that they received one in & if I was still interested, I should follow up on it. I called them back and spoke with Amy J. She confirmed they still had it and helped me with the purchase. The delivery was about a week across the US. It arrived on time. The box was undamaged, I started unboxing it and saw they had double boxed it. It was a little bit of work unboxing it but when I got to the oven it was in perfect condition. For me, it was defiantly a two person install. The oven is working perfectly at this time, the jury is still out on if Furrion has improved the issues they had with the older version. Time will tell. But I definitely thank Taelor D. , Amy J. , the employees for double boxing it and etrailer for getting us the exact replacement in perfect condition.
