I hadn't had a chance to install the oven right away. Once I finally took it completely out of box, I found damage to corners and top back of unit. Luckily, it was all superficial. Didn't affect operation. Damage was hidden once installed. UPS was not very careful in their shipping. Once installed, it looks great.
Swapped the failed factory in our toy hauler.
Perfect fit after swapping bracket and drilling new holes for top bolts. 45 minutes to install an test. 4 stars for ease of install, 3 day delivery and look. Use will tell.
The convection microwave I ordered was the same model as the one that quit working. The directions for installing it were excellent and it fit right into the same place. It is working flawlessly! I am very pleased with the product and the quick delivery.
Excellent unit, installed easily but you need two people! Bought as a replacement for our original High Point microwave and was an identical reset!
Was hesitant about purchasing the unit initially because of all the previous reviews stating the damage that was occurring during shipping. Talked to the sales person extensively about this and she had stated they have addressed this issue and hopefully resolved it.
I received the unit and it was carefully packed and no damage whatsoever to the shipping carton!
Very impressed on how well it was packaged, so moving forward the process has been improved and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

This has been a great purchase for us, unit works great and a lot of reviews said that you have to shorten the cook time but we found it cooks as the recipes state and cooks as you would expect!

The Furrion Over The Range Convection Oven has been working very well. It was not hard to install. I like the features including the lights under it and the exhaust fan. Over all I am very pleased with it.!
Perfect fit to replace the original Furrion convection microwave in our 2019 Solitude 2930 RL S Class. The new model has an upgraded handle that keeps the door steady when opening & closing. No more wiggle which caused early wear.
Very happy with Furrion convection. Happy with fast & friendly service from etrailer too.
Received the order, no damage to the box. I wish in the description it would have stated that the microwave mounted thru the top of it. Our microwave mounts on the back wall between two cabinets in our kitchen, this is a slide out wall in our motorhome. We made it work with additional modifications to the wall using the old wall mounting bracket from previous microwave. It was a little bit of a process but it worked. Microwave works great and looks good.
The Furrion we purchased from etrailer is working great. However, when we purchased the 5th wheel a few years ago, it had a Furrion Microwave in it (same model basically), and it died after a couple of years, although we tried to fix it, but the fuses just kept blowing. Anyway, all good so far with this one although we will be using it less as we aren't traveling much.
Works as advertised. Only issue was received with damage and had to straighten metal at the top for the door to open properly, but was less hassle than returning for another unit.
The first order was damaged in shipping, Etrailer made it right that day. Emailed shipping label and processed replacement order. Etrailer reboxed new unit to prevent damage. Shipment was perfect. Highly recommend this company. Exact replacement microwave/convection oven.

It still works but the handle came off literally 3 days after the 90 day warranty. We had tape it to stay on.
Was not the exact same model that came in our 2020 Reflection but it definitely works well. As usual E Trailer was fast on shipping. The customer service is always excellent. E Trailer does not gouge you on pricing like other camper replacement parts sites try to do. This review is after one year after installing. Thank you E Trailer.
It’s fine. Worried about the door closure- not particularly firm. Very shiny inside. Haven’t used the convection yet. There isn’t a grill so I wonder how well it will work.
This Furrion over-the-range Convection Microwave was a replacement for one just like it, same brand, that came with our RV. That one stopped working when the door switch stopped connecting with the panel. We tried fixing it according to Youtube videos but nothing worked. It was unfortunate we had to abandoned an appliance that worked except for a little door switch. We looked around for a different microwave but other brands would not have fit as well in the space over the stove, so we ordered another Furrion and had it installed by an RV repair serviceman. So far it has been working well and I love that I can bake in it, saving propane by not having to use my regular little RV oven. It does a great job microwaving and convection baking, especially with frozen meals and leftovers (like enchiladas or mac-n-cheese) we tend to use more often in the RV. Since we bought our 40-foot Heartland Big Country used, I don't know how the last Furrion was treated. I caution everyone using our new one to avoid just yanking the door open before the microwave stops and to close it gently, not slam it shut. Hopefully we will avoid the door switch problem we had with the other one.
Good idea on repacking the microwave in your box. It was easy to install once I figured out how to get it elevated so the top screws pulled up to the cabinet.

The microwave looks great in your camper, matches really well. What kind of camper do you have?
Didn't heat up to temperature. Contacted etrailer they told me to contact Furrion. They sent a replacement, that also didn't work correctly. After the 4th one, they offered to send our money back AFTER we purchased another convection/microwave oven (GE). The GE works good and Furrion sent us a check for the purchase price plus some money to cover installaion.
I had to replace my original Furrion unit after three years. The control board when out and they do not offer a replacement board. R-trailer had the best price out there. I ordered and oven arrived in 4 days. After installing noticed small dent on side of oven. I place cup of water inside to test. All seemed fine at first. About 40 minutes later oven came on by itself. This happened again about 30 minutes later. Spoke to my neighbor who repairs ovens and he recommended oven be replaced. Contacted etrailer. 24 hours later a replacement oven was in it’s way. Received new oven, installed, working great. It’s been a long time since I experienced such great service. Anna, George. This thing was garbage. Totally damaged parts on the inside. See photons of damage. I didn’t figure out the damage until I had to take the cover off because it wasn’t working. Then it was too late to return to etrailer. Had to fight with Furrion to replace and they replaced it with another damaged one. Finally got a new one after 6 months of fighting.
I order the range to replace the original range in our RV due to it shorting out. Spoke with the customer service rep when researching for a replacement and wanted for sure it was the exact model so all I had to do is install the new one without any additional requirements. Received the new range 2 days earlier then estimated and after reading the easy to follow instructions provided was able to install in 15 minutes. The range has worked like a champ with know issues. Glad I made the purchase!
I was shocked in receiving my microwave with dents and the box was slashed on one side. I called customer services of Etrailer and they made me feel at ease that they are able to send a replacement. Without hesitation they sent the new microwave..I received it before the actual date that was promised. Which in this case was right in time brie the New Years!
The new product was installed today and working excellent. I am really happy and would definitely order from your company again in the future.
