Does your guys etrailer hitch require trimming to install on a 2024 Honda Pilot?

No, it does not. The etrailer Hitch item # e27KR bolts to the bottom of the frame on the 2024 Honda Pilots so you don't have to cut into anything. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.

I have linked an installation video below along with the instructions so you can see the process of getting this hitch set up.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
