Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e27KR is actually compatible with all sub models of the 2024 Honda Pilot. I do want to note that this hitch fits with a mini spare tire stowed under vehicle, but does not fit with full size spare. It may also interfere with the Hands-free Liftgate sensors and functionality may be very limited or possibly lost. We typically find that you can wave your foot on either side of the hitch's receiver tube and still get the sensors to work.
