Do you have a rear hitch that will fit a Jeep 2023 Cherokee l with 20 in tires? Can the spare stay underneath.

No, we do not. There are two aftermarket hitches for the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and neither one of them will allow a 20" spare tire to be mounted once installed. They are the Curt item # C96NR and the Draw-Tite item # DT42GR.
Please note that Mopar makes a hitch for the 2023 Grand Cherokee L as well. It is part number 82219041AA and it does not work with the full size 20" spares either.
Out of the two, I recommend the Draw-Tite Hitch item # DT42GR because it has a higher capacity and a better price.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C27BR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
