I have a 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee with the tow package. Will I need any more wiring to install the hitch?

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT42GR does not require any wiring to install on your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is custom fit and bolts to your Jeep with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 7,500 lbs towing capacity and a 1,125 lbs maximum tongue weight. You will want to verify your Jeep's actual capacity and go off of it though.
It looks like the 2023's come with a wiring harness and factory 7-way if you have the towing package. Some other parts you will need to tow a trailer with brakes are listed below:
