This 2" receiver gives you the flexibility to carry bike racks, cargo carriers, or tow small trailers and campers with confidence. Your video doesn't give good instructions on removing the rear bumper. Only a quick lines saying it was difficult to remove. With showing how to do so. I would not order another hitch from you. Also you don't carry a factory plug and play wiring harness

Can you tell me specifically what was missing in the install video? I watched the entire video and I didn't see anything that was glaringly missing... I'd be happy to look for a wiring solution for you. What exact model year is your Grand Cherokee? Which trailer connector do you need, a 4 pin or a 7-way? Is it equipped with the tow package? I'd be happy to help if you can reply with that info!
Received and installed the kit today. I could not be happier with the experience from the way the website is designed where they have comparison videos of their own products down to the installation videos of the products they’re selling. Everything was very streamlined and very organized. Will always recommend this company and I will be a repeat Customer. You can’t beat the price for the quality of service and the product sold.
Exactly what I needed and the provided wire was adequate. I use my own butt connectors, but otherwise everything was great.
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the Blue Ox Class III - 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver and the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. Installation was straightforward and the finished product looks very clean. This looks like a factory tow package.
Its a nice hitch and installation was easy. It just didnt come with the 1 3/4" bolts for the exhaust so my car was down until I could go get them at the hardware store.
Excellent quality, straight forward installation, great tutorial video, took me 2-3 hours on my Jeep GC, looks great, heavy duty better then OEM bumper.
