I have a cattle trailer with 2 8k axles. The lug pattern is 8x6.5. What would be the best silver steel wheels for the trailer?

If you are needing a 16" wheel then the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel item # AM20794 is the best option for a silver wheel with a 8 on 6-1/2 lug pattern.
