Question:
I recently purchased a new ratchet assembly and hook assembly. However, the hook assembly did not come with the screws needed to attach the hook to the ratchet assembly. Can you tell me the specifications of the screws that I need to order so I can attach the hook to the ratchet assembly? Thanks.

The screw you will need to attach the hook to the ratchet assembly of the Thule T2 bike rack is # 853-5972. You will need two of them per hook. And you will also need the matching nut, # 853-5973. You will need 2 of these as well.
