Recommended Coupler Lock For A 4-1/2" Wide Flat Lip Coupler

I have a 2008 Jayco Jayfeather 25F that has a 2-5/16 ball with a flat lip around it that is 4-1/2 wide. Can you recommend a tongue lock that is wide enough to slide over a 4-1/2 lip?

Expert Reply:
We do have the etrailer coupler lock # e98895 which is made to fit a flat lip coupler up to 4-1/2" wide. This may be a very tight fit if you are right at 4-1/2".
If you want to avoid any potential fitment issues, I recommend the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # ML377KA. The design allows this lock to fit virtually any coupler with a flat lip, regardless of width. As you can see from the picture below, the lock does not "surround" the entire coupler, so it will undoubtedly work for you.
