Hey Jim.

Yes, there are two options depending on where you would like the lock to be. There is the coupler lock # e98888 that goes through the couplers pin hole to prevent the latch from opening.

Then, you have the Blaylock EZ Lock # BLTL-33-40D that surrounds the coupler and blocks the ball opening so someone can't hook up to it when not in use.
