Will the BX8848 kit work with the Ford f150 Platinum 4x4 non-hybrid?

Yes, since the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit # BX8848 is a universal harness it'll work with your F-150 non-hybrid. You are also going to need the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25.

If you're needing a complete flat towing setup, you're also going to need:

A set of base plates # BLU33FR,

A set of tow bars # RM-677,

A braking system # BLU37TR,

& a charge line kit # RM-88400.
