With a ladder rack, like the Adarac Aluminum Series # A76UG you referenced, you'll have to use a roof-rack style bike rack that either clamps on or has t-bolts to slide into the accessory slot of the crossbars. Depending on the bike you'll need to choose between a frame mount, like the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack # TH598004 or a wheel mount, like the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack # TH599000.
