Out of our available locking hitch pins, the etrailer, Roadmaster, InfiniteRule, Demco, and Blue Ox locks are made in the USA. Assuming you have a 2" hitch I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitch - Flush - 2-5/8" Span - Stainless Steel # e98882. This hitch lock fits standard 2" hitches and has a span of 2-5/8". It comes with 2 keys and as previously stated is made in the USA.

The measurement you're looking for on the Gen-Y 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitch Receivers #325-GH-034 is 2-7/8" to the top of the 2-5/16" hitch ball. I confirmed this with my contact at Gen-Y Hitch.
