i would like to know how low the Curt Rebellion XD shock absorbing hitch hangs down from the hitch? measuring from the lower part of the reciever that slides into my hitch, to the lowest part of the hitch. How many inches is that? looks like from the pictures that the bottom reciever ball is the lowest part . i want to make sure it does not hit my driveway when I back in

The Curt Rebellion XD Shock Absorbing Adjustable Ball Mount w/ 2" and 2-5/16" Balls # C83WR is 8" from the bottom of the receiver shank to the bottom of the adjustable mount.
