Hitch is great. Haven't actually used it yet but so far, very happy. Was relatively easy to install. Hardest part is making sure not to break any of the plastic parts on the Bolt EUV.

Had it installed by a body shop and they had no issues
Bolt cut outs did not fit properly. Had to force the bolts to align with trailer mount holes. Would have returned it but we were in a pinch and didn’t have the time to wait for another one.
This hitch was difficult to find locally, but Etrailer shipped it in short order.
After watching two install videos online, I had this installed in about an hour by myself. I took the rear tires off to gain access to the 4 fender screws. Very good hitch and is typical with Curt products.
The trailer hitch was boxed well and delivered in perfect condition. It was installed on my 2022 Bolt EUV. I couldn't be happier.
The hitch bolted up perfectly. I bought this to put my bicycle rack on my Chevy bolt euv. The directions with the hitch are pretty weak. I used a [online] video that worked out pretty well after viewing a few of them. The tool list missed T-20 that was needed to.
Perfect! It has really expanded the ability of the bolt, and can carry all the weight that might be necessary.

The hitch was very good. But the instructions were lacking.
Exactly what I needed! Installed easily and fits the bike rack. Clearance on some steeper driveways has been something to keep in mind, but its a non issue on the day to day for me.
This product worked great. Before I purchased it, I made sure that there was a video on UTube that detailed the installation process. Without that video, I would not have bought this product.

The hitch works great. It is a clean design and installed easily with the video instructions.
nice sturdy hitch that rides well on the car, mine had one problem, the welding cause the holes to be spread too far apart for my car bolts so I had to "bend" it back to shape and saw one slotted hole larger. Otherwise its a success, even managed not to bust any plastic clips removing that giant bumper assembly.
My bending method was dropping it on the pavement on edge of bracket, which bent the part with the 3 holes that attaches to bumper bolts together enough to allow it to fit, it started out about 1/2" too far off to fit.

Great, does the job, no issues, use mainly for a bike rack
Very happy with etrailer.com, website is great. Using this hitch on a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. I did not install it myself, seemed a bit beyond my comfort zone so can't comment on that. Hitch is used with a 3 bike rack (BELL Right Up 350) and has worked well for that.
I just received this hitch and I haven't installed it yet, but after installing a Curt Hitch from etrailer on my '14 Volt, I have 100% confidence that it will fit perfectly and if I have any trouble at all, I will be able to get outstanding customer service from etrailer. That's been my experience.

Great. No problems. I use it to tow a small trailer. Biggest load I’ve hauled was a large lawn tractor. I also use it for a bike rack and a platform that I use when I need to get fuel for my tractors.

Installation instructions could be a bit better. Definitely buy trim tools and use painter's tape to protect the paint. A few plastic tabs broke off while removing the bumper... be careful and don't force it (like a [online] video I found suggested). Rack is solid!
It took about an hour to install and has been rock solid. You do have to trim the bumper cover. I used a reciprocal saw.
I have photos… but this site doesn’t allow photos from an iPhone. Apparently the iPhone naming is a foul. A better system would just strip those characters from the file name… or, better, assign a random file name to eliminate that vulnerability entirely. Anyway… hitch is great. :)

Fit perfectly and not so hard to install if you’re just a little bit handy and have a jig saw to trim your bumper. The pictures in the paper instructions are a little hard to see but there is plenty of on line content to get you through the install clearly.
This is NOT easy to install. I ultimately took it to a Chevy service center, it took them over 2 hours and cost me $260 (with a discount). They had to cut a hole in the hitch because not all the holes lined up with the existing vehicle studs.

Thanks for the review! After taking a close look at the photo and verifying with Curt that this hitch is a fit for your vehicle, I am thinking that your hitch was flexed on one or both sides. That happens a lot with how rough shipping and transit can be. We see it enough that we have an article that walks you through correcting a flexed hitch. I left the link below. If you want my opinion, your service center should have tried to bend it back to the correct shape, but as long as there arent any cracks in the hitch, and the existing hole and newly drilled hole have about an inch of space between them, the integrity of your hitch wont be compromised.

I use it to carry things on my cargo tray also for light towing including my Goldwing motorcycle! A hitch is holding up as expected no problems at all and didnt even have to tighten it up yet!
Product works great. Install done at home with medium effort. Most difficult part were getting off the body panel snap fasteners and that the torx screws in the wheel well only had a couple of inches of clearance without taking off the wheels. You will need to trim the bumper, but it is in a location that you will never see.

Still working great, although it has gotten a little rust in the draw bar box. This is normal for any hitch being used on the regular. All around, a fantastic product!
