Do you make them so they can swing to the driver side instead of the passenger side of the vehicle?

As the RockyMounts AfterParty # RKY37ZR will only swing away to the passenger side you might consider the Kuat Pivot 2 # PVD20B which you can use with a Kuat Bike Rack # NV22B. This combination will swing to the drivers side.
