I just ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick, I would like to connect my Demco Excali-bar to it, is there a base plate that will allow me to do that?

Yes, there is. The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM97RR will work with the Demco Excali-bar if you use the Demco Tow Bar Adapter Kit for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates item # DM9523032.
