1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

After 2 1/2 years of painful experience with a prominent brand of tires on our fifth wheel, torn up sides and skirts and having to change tires on Interstate Highways... If you have a 2012-2013 Keystone Montana or similar, you no doubt know which piece of garbage I am talking about. (Does Marathon ring any bell?) Having gone through 5 of 8 tires in 2 years, I bought 4 of these G rated Taskmaster Providers for our fifth wheel. In my case I had 6 inch wheels, so we also went to 6.5 inch wheels as specified by the tire specs. Had them balanced and there are now 5,000+ miles on them, performing flawlessly and tread looks like new. This is the solution, folks!
Over the years I’ve had many blow outs on standard E rated 10 ply tires on my trailers (regardless of brands )
With all the problems I decided to upgrade to “G” rated tires on my next 5th wheel. So in 2016 I purchased a new Keystone Avalanche (15K GVW) and upgraded to the “G” rated wheels and tires (please note that the “G’ rated tires require special wheels as the tire pressure is 110# and are speed rated to 80 MPH. I live in Arizona and hi speed and hot weather can destroy a standard trailer tire.
The upgraded tries from Keystone are the same Provider tires available thru etrailer. So last year I replaced 2 of the original tires with well over 40K miles on them. (My bad as I didn’t rotate them as often as I should so they developed some edge wear). The other 2 are getting replaced this month and still have about 3/32 rubber (11/32 new) on them.
Bottom line: No blowouts…And even wear now that they are being properly rotated.
The piece of mind of having confidence in these tires takes a lot of stress out of our travels.
These tires are brutes. My 5th whl rv weighs a little over 16k. Rides on 2 axles. In my opinion there really should have been 3 axles. Having said all that, I have refitted it with a new disk brake setup, oil bath wheel bearings and these tires. All from etrailer...thank you. These are the highest weight rated tires I have ever seen for this size. After a year (spring through fall) of use they are winners. When I stop for a break while traveling I usually shoot the tires and bearings with a temp gun. These tires are rated above the weight they carry and that’s saying something. My concern of blowing a tire on a hot summer day due to overloading are gone now. Couldn’t be more pleased!!
Tires look and feel very heavy duty. Purchase was easy and efficient. Price was good and shipping was very fast . I would be happy to review the performance of the tires in 12 months time if etrailer sends me a notice .

These tires have worked for me. They have a higher load rating than most and inflated properly wear well.
The outstanding thing was etraile'rs shipping to Alaska in 3 days. I paid the ground shipping, 5-7 business days, which unfortunately adds $100. etrailer bumped it to expedited at no cost, got it out the same day (ordered that morning), and here in three days. That's as good as it gets. Thanks for making it easy.

Still working! You only find out if something is wrong when its wrong. Nothing wrong here, great tires. Many miles left after many miles. Im happy.
Ordered the tires they look a lot stronger then the tires that are on my 5th wheel now. Shipping was great got 3 day sooner then was originally was told. Can’t wait to get mounted and try. Will tell how they work at a letter date.

Tires are working well the trips I have done so far with the tires no blowout.
Tires are so clearly superior to anything available at local tire stores. These tires are so much heavier, thicker, etc. put 1200 hundred miles on them so far. Monitoring them with tireminder. So far they have been great. Not any old tire shop can mount these. Discount Tire was able to do so. Knowledge and service of etrailer rep was awesome. You can't get this service or product anywhere else in retail locations. So for a high quality trailer tire with fast delivery and great service then etrailer.com is the place.

All the products are working well!
I purchased these tires for our fifth wheel RV. We now have 1200 miles on the tires and I am very pleased in the way they handle the trailer and the road. I put the required amount of air stated on the RV which is less than the maximum rate on the tires. I also had the tires balanced when they were mounted on the wheel which I think helped give the trailer a smoother ride. The trailer came with Goodyear Endurance trailer tires in 2017 and with only 15,000 miles the tread wear was less than minimum for use. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the Goodyear tires. My wife and I like to travel and see this great country of ours so good equipment is a must have. I delayed this first review because I wanted to put some miles on the tires. I plan on reviewing again after we put 5,000 + miles. So far we are very satisfied. I do suggest that if you purchased a set of these tires, get them balance as well. It is customary not to balance trailer tires because they only "follow" the tow vehicle, but who knows?

Just recently did a cross country trip traveling through mountains and desert terrain. Tires did quite well and they show very little tire wear if any at all.
These tires are working very well for me. Still look great after a year with about 8000 miles on them. I bought these because I had issues with two other 10 ply expensive brands. I will purchase these tires again.

First of all, the track shipping was very acurate and fast. The DOT is very good. I cant talk for the tire because Im gonna go on the road just in april.
Tires are great. Dump trailer is now perfect. I had the tires balanced and everything is smooth as can be .
As always Etrailer saved the day my 4 tires were even delivered a day earlier. Thank you guys so much and as soon as I get some time on the tires I will leave more feedback but I'm sure there 100% better than the Westlake China tires that I had.
I run these on trailer with 2 8K axles.
The 4,400 pounds per tire , 81 MPH rated tires are perfect! I can run the 75 and 80 MPH Texas speed limits with a full load and have a margin of safety left.
I tow around 30,000 miles a year and have zero complaints from these tires. They wear well, and I've never had a blow out, bulge, tread separation or any type of tire failure.
It’s been a year since we put these tires and new rims on my horse trailer. Zero complaints! They are wearing well and have eased my worry of having tire trouble while hauling my best horse buddy!
These tires are awesome,stiff sidewalls,massive bead area,high load range and speed rating!!! Stock 5ver tires not even close,takes some sweat to mount them.
As for quality these tires they look and feel awesome. Heading out on a long trip next week with the Solitude 5th wheel so I will see how they do. The weight of the Provider tire alone is 8 pounds heavier than my existing tire/wheel combo.
As for etrailer they have great service and quick shipping. Will do business with them again!

I have bought 6 of these tires and they are wearing well based on about 6 thousand miles on them.They have also handled potholes without shredding or blowing out.
I ordered 5 of these 14 ply G rated tires for my 28' enclosed autohauler trailer because I had one of my current E rated tires go flat and another on the same side blow out on my last trip. This is the same problem I have had on my 43' Toyhauler where I have had 4 blowouts with extensive damage to the side of my rig.
After much research and reading reviews I decided to go with G rated tires instead of the Es that came with my trailer and RV. These support much more weight per tire than the E tires. After researching eTrailer had the best prices, free and very fast shipping, and the reviews for this particular tire when I purchased 7 of them for my RV was 122 out of 122, 5 stars! These tires are flat on top and very heavy duty! Just the difference I can see with the weight and tread are far superior to any E rated rounded tread tire. I highly recommend that anyone purchasing an RV or heavy duty trailer either insist on G rated tires before purchase or change them ASAP after your pruchase. Read the reviews and trust my own experience when I say YOU WILL HAVE A BLOWOUT...it is a matter of time and it WILL NOT be a convienient time, and you WILL most likely encounter damage to your investment!
The only thing I forgot to order this time with my 5 new G rated tires is metal valve stems. These tires require 110 psi rather than 80 psi so you MUST HAVE the metal valve stems. It was a pain for me to find them in my local area when I could have just pruchased them from eTrailer like I did the last time for my RV.
I am a happy customer of eTrailer and highly recommend thier products...and no they are not paying me to say that! LOL.
My second set of these tires. Over the years I've had many tire failures with the other brands including Goodyear, all rated 10 ply.
Was in the tire business for over 20 years so yes I know about proper inflation, rotation, loading. Boils down to most trailer tires are built like passenger car tires. The Provider tires are much heavier and built like truck tires. I cut open one of my Worn Providers to see how much under tread was there since the sidewalls are marked regroovable like truck tires.
As you can see in the picture there is a large amount of rubber under the edges where much of the wear occurs.
By the way, no tire failures in over 80,000 miles on my 35 foot 5th wheel. And that's 70+ MPH of desert driving here in AZ. Drive slower and the big rigs will be all over you...
With plenty of thickness and a sturdy build, these road-specific tires are ideal for safely supporting my 6,500-pound boat

Just like the original tires that came on my 2018 5th wheel. They still look new and have never even needed more air. Only replacing because of age. Only took less than 3 days to receive and that's including the fact that I ordered them on a holiday. Good job etrailer.

Tires are holding up very well. I have put quite a few miles on them throughout the year and they have never let me down. I will definitely buy this brand again.
