What is the recommended torque of the lug nuts of this rim/tire?

The torque spec depends on the lug nut type, wheel size, and material. For the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" Galvanized Spoke Wheel # AM31202 the torque spec would be 75-85 ft-lbs. I have attached a chart below for your reference.
