I am considering purchasing this product for my 2016 Ram 1500 ext. cab 4x4 truck. I pull a 4500 pd camper 3-6 times a year, and I want to eliminate the caused by the weight of the camper. thank you for your time. The Air Lift 1000 item # AL60818HD are confirmed to fit the 2016 Ram 1500's so long as you have the rear coil springs. These work by propping up your rear coil springs so they don't flex as much. They have a 2,100 lbs maximum capacity that will keep your rear end level when you are towing your 4,500 lbs camper.

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
