Recommendation for Air Bags and Compressor for 2024 Ram 3500 Dually

Question:
Have a 2024 Ram 3500 dually and looking for air bags. I am towing a 5th wheel with 2900 pin weight and empty Weight 14150lbs. Carrying Capacity 2650lbs. 5000 or 7500 air bag with compressor, Which do you recommend?

Hi Martin,
For a 2024 Ram 3500 Dually without the factory air suspension system, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags w/Easy Mount Compressor part # F47XV would be a great choice! Based off the weight of your fifth wheel and pin weight, using the Firestone air bags rated for 5K would work just fine for your set up. The 7.5K air bags we usually recommend for really heavy-duty towing and would be a bit overkill for how much you're towing.
