I need to install a 7-way and brake controller on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Can you tell me what all parts I need as my vehicle did not include a tow package from the factory. I was already able to locate the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" Item # C23WR.

To install a 7-way on your 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz you will need the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK44ZR. This will give you the wiring needed to install a 7-way along with the wiring for a brake controller. You will be able to plug and play the Redarc Liberty Controller # RED24FR using the Adapter # 331-TPH-017. The Redarc is a great controller as it only uses a small dash mounted control knob.

You can attach the 7-way to the Curt Receiver # C23WR using the Mounting Brackets # PK12711U & # C57202. This will not require you to drill into the receiver or your rear fascia to use together.
