The first thing to check on your Curt T-Connector # C55353 is the ground; you want to make sure it's securely connected to a clean, bare-metal surface. If that's the case then you need to test the functions of the wires going into and coming out of the module with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993.
If what you test doesn't match what is mapped out on the control module then it means the module is bad and you need to get it replaced. Since this has a 1-year warranty I recommend pursuing that if the module seems to be the issue.
