Yes, I recommend installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77ER on your 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E. This has a hidden cross tube for a clean, factory appearance.
The Wiring Harness # C59496 will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is the common connector found on most small trailers. It will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are carrying a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights. The Mounting Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the end of the 4-way to the receiver if you choose to permanently run the wiring outside your rear hatch.
