The only trailer hitch options we currently offer for a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E are from Curt, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C77ER and EcoHitch, the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # EH66SR. If you'll be towing then you'll want the extra capacity from the EcoHitch but if not then you'll probably just appreciate the cost savings from the Curt so that's what I recommend; Curt for bike racks/cargo carriers and EcoHitch for towing.
