For a hitch that fits your 2023 Lexus GX 460, we have the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e46YR. This hitch is made in the USA, has a bolt-on, no-drill installation and will provide you with a 2" hitch receiver. The 2" receiver is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers and ball mounts. It also has a matte black finish, that I personally think looks better installed on your Lexus.
If you plan to do any towing, you can round out a tow package by adding the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT and etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
