Im looking to buy axle# e25GR. If I buy 2 tires #AM30790... What would the width from outside edge to outside edge of the tires be ? Im trying to fit in between trailer frame rails of 71

I'm happy to say they will be able to fit. The reason is the total width is 65.6" from outside to outside with the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e25GR and two of the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30790.
