Yes, the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSBP will be a good fit for your 2016 Ram 3500. These will fit virtually any truck as long as the bed rail is less that 5-1/2" wide, and you have at least 2" of space beneath lip of bed rail. So unless your Ram has the Rambox storage system these will fit nicely. We also have the turnbuckles available if you are in need. Brophy also makes the basic turnbuckles # TDHP, which will work nicely for your Arctic Fox 990.
