Features to know about

Quick Clamp-On Setup: No-Drill Bed Mounts

These tie-downs clamp right onto your truck’s bed rails—no drilling, cutting, or frame modification needed. The wide clamp design grips tight for a stable hold and can be installed or removed in minutes with the included hardware. Because they mount to the bed instead of the frame, you can handle installation yourself without special tools or mechanical work. When not in use, they come off cleanly and leave no marks behind.

Rust Protection That Lasts: Zinc-Plated Steel

The zinc-plated steel construction takes on weather, road salt, and moisture without rusting out. This corrosion-resistant finish keeps the brackets solid after years of use, even if you’re driving through wet or coastal conditions. It’s one less thing to worry about when your camper gear is exposed to the elements season after season.

Protects Your Truck’s Finish: Neoprene Pads Included

Each tie-down includes neoprene pads that go between the bracket and your truck’s paint to prevent scratches or dents. They absorb vibration and protect the rail surface for a clean look every time you install or remove the clamps.

Reliable Hold for Light Campers

Designed to create strong anchor points in your truck bed, these tie-downs keep lightweight campers secure on rough roads or during long trips. They provide front and rear mounting positions so you can balance tension evenly across all four corners.

Complete Setup Made Simple

The kit includes four camper tie-downs with clamp plates, twelve neoprene pads, and all installation hardware. Pair them with Brophy turnbuckles, S-hooks, and chains (sold separately as kit # TDHP) to finish off a dependable setup ready for travel.

Great product

by:

Although camper hold down HSBP and tie down package TDHP are both of good quality the tie downs were too long to use on my 2012 Ram combined with my 1986 Hornet 11 1/2' camper. The turnbuckles alone were too long to do what was needed.

by:

They do exactly what they’re made to do.

by:

The mounts work just as they are intended, but if you go over some rough roads you can expect the bed rails to curl up and start to tear.

  • Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs HSBP For 2019 Ford F-150 With 6.5 Foot Bed
Hi Dennis! The Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - No Drill Bed Mount - Zinc Plated Steel - Qty 4 # HSBP will definitely fit your 2019 Ford F-150 with the 6.5 foot bed, so that part is not in question. That said, I absolutely cannot recommend putting a camper designed for an 8 foot bed in the 6.5 foot bed of your truck. The front tie downs will be fine as that is the same place they will sit no matter the bed length. The rear ones though, that could potentially end up having your turnbuckle...

  • Tie Downs for 2005 GMC Sierra 3500 Dually With 85 Lance Camper
Hi Monty; if you're looking for simple tie-downs then the # HSBP you looked at will work or you can use the stake pocket mounted # TDSF. These are essentially universal applications. You will also need turnbuckles # TDHP. If you're looking for a frame mounted option I will need to know if you have no running boards, cab length, or wheel to wheel running boards along with the style of hitch you have on the truck. Let me know in the comments below.

  • Brophy Camper Tie Down Recommendation for a 2014 Ford F-150
Yes, the Camper Hold Down Zinc Coated Finish # HSBP would work just fine on your 2014 Ford F-150. The only F-150s that Brophy says these won't fit are the 2004-2008 models. I attached a picture that shows what they will look like installed. For install hardware you would then want the part # TDHP.

The Brophy Camper Tie Downs are not custom fitted to vehicles the same as other tie down options, they are mounted onto the bed rails of your truck, no drilling required. For your 2015 Ford F-150 with a pop-up type slide-in type, I recommend the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount - Black Powder Coated Steel - Qty 4 # HSAB. • How to Determine if Brophy Universal Camper Tie-Downs Will Fit Truck
I can tell you some quick measurements to take to determine if the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSBP will fit your 2006 Dodge Ram, but these are universal tie-downs and there is not an application guide specific to your truck. That said, it is likely they do fit your truck, but to make sure start by measuring your bed rail width, which needs to be 5-1/2 inches or less. You also need at least 2 inches of space underneath your bed rail, and they won't work with drop-in bed liners or...

  • Will The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs HSBP Fit My 2016 Ram 3500 Long Bed?
Yes, the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSBP will be a good fit for your 2016 Ram 3500. These will fit virtually any truck as long as the bed rail is less that 5-1/2" wide, and you have at least 2" of space beneath lip of bed rail. So unless your Ram has the Rambox storage system these will fit nicely. We also have the turnbuckles available if you are in need. Brophy also makes the basic turnbuckles # TDHP, which will work nicely for your Arctic Fox 990.

The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSBP that you referenced will work great 2000 Dodge Dakota but we do not have spring loaded turn buckles that work with this kit. The recommended turnbuckle kit is the part # TDHP which are not spring loaded. I wouldn't say the spring turnbuckles are a terrible idea at all, but we haven't seen them really be a necessity. While the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs, # HSBP are not confirmed to fit the Toyota Tacoma due to the construction/material of truck bed, we do have an option that works for most slide-in truck campers. I suggest the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, for a 2019 year model, use: - Front Tie-Down, # TLT2303 - Rear, Tie Down, # TLT3307 This frame-mounted design ensures excellent handling in securing the truck camper to truck's base instead of its bed; this better distributes...

  • Determining if Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs Will Work on 2003 Chevy Silverado
The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSBP is a pretty universal product so it should work on your 2003 Chevy Silverado but you will want to take a few measurements just to be sure. First measure the bed rail itself to make sure it's no wider than 5-1/2 inches. Also verify that you have at least 2 inches of space beneath the lip of the rail. Lastly this particular tie-down isn't compatible with plastic bed rails so if possible you will need to remove the plastic from your truck.

Both of these products are intended to fit a broad range of trucks with the exceptions of some double-wall beds, step-side beds, and some dually and import trucks. These fit trucks that have a downward lip on the underside of the bed rail. Bed liners may require trimming in some cases. Both kits feature easy no-drill 2-bolt installation...
