Question:

1. Please confirm that e98848 will fit a 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid without cutting. Back in 2020-21 I kept getting told there were no options. 2. Is there a 1-1/4 option? Thanks for your help

Every hitch available for your 2020 Honda CR-V hybrid requires trimming a small rectangle out of the lower fascia. I have attached a picture below that I took directly from the instructions for the etrailer Hitch item # e98848. This will show you exactly what needs to be trimmed. I have also linked a video we did on a 2020 that will show you all of the installation steps.

There is a 1-1/4" hitch for your CR-V hybrid. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C12169. The same piece will have to be cut out.
