What Vehicles Does The Draw-Tite 36597 Hitch Fit?

Question:
WHAT YEARS DOES THIS HITCH ACCOMODATE?

Hey George,
The Draw-Tite hitch # 36597 is custom fit to the 2017-2027 Honda CRV's excluding the hybrid models. For those years this is a custom fit no drill installation hitch that bolts right up. I want to add that this hitch may interfere with the hands-free liftgate if you have one. Some vehicles you just have to move your foot to the left or right, others it will not let that function work.
What are you looking to use this hitch for?

Draw-Tite 36597 does NOT fit my 2025 Honda CRV EX AWD (non hybrid). The hitch is hitting a square cover under the bumper and the installation instructions do not mention this. While it's only been a couple days, I emailed etrailer on Sat and so far, no response. I called today and was told that etrailer has no advice and that I needed to call Draw-Tite. Draw-Tite puts me on hold and then disconnects the call (multiple times). The car has been on ramps since Sat and I'm out of time so I will restore the exhaust system hangars, get the car drivable and hope etrailers has a solution.

Hey George, how did things go with the Draw-Tite hitch on your CR-V? Did the fit and liftgate function work out the way you needed? Your update could make it easier for others with the same vehicle.
