what is the proper torque on the four bolt, on this hitch

I have attached the written instructions for the # C13417 below. You will find the torque spec for the four M16 bolts under step 3 of the instructions. We are unable to post torque specs on our site since the manufacturer may make a change in the future. If the torque spec changes so will the link to the instructions.
