Question:

I have a 2019 Subaru Outback and had a Draw-Tite 76227 hitch installed. Is there some way to attach the 7 way car end plug to it? Right now the wiring harness is loose in the back storage area and will hang from beneath the rear gate. Id like to have it permanently attached to the hitch. Thank you.

I have the perfect solution for you, but since the crosstube on the Draw-Tite hitch # 76227 is completely concealed behind the bumper of your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon, a traditional mounting bracket that clamps onto it, won't work.

Instead, take a look at the Eclipse Magnetic Mounting Bracket # 306-X6020. You can easily attach it to the side of the receiver tube, as shown in the attached photos. It will hang a few inches lower than normal, but the # 76227 has plenty of ground clearance, so it won't be an issue.
