Hey Troy, thanks for reaching out. If you're replacing the entire Iota ILC-3045 load center, I recommend the PowerMax 30A RV Power Center and Distribution Panel # PM47VR. It gives you a modern AC/DC distribution panel along with a built-in smart converter/charger that's compatible with lead acid, AGM, and lithium batteries.
The # PM47VR is a complete replacement, so it takes the place of the Iota load center rather than just replacing the converter section. You'll transfer your existing branch circuits and breakers into the new panel during installation. If your goal is to replace the aging Iota with a current production unit, the # PM47VR is the route I'd go.
